Brief History

Baurkot & Baurkot was founded in Easton, Pennsylvania.  The Firm has two offices in Pennsylvania, based out of Easton (serving Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown, Phildelphia and the surrounding areas).  Baurkot's immigration, appellate and deportation practice areas are directed in New York, New York.

Baurkot & Baurkot primarily serves all of New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

Global Representation

While our primary focus is in the Northeast of the United States, Baurkot & Baurkot represents clients in US Immigration & Deportation cases from the entire United States (all 50 states) and from around the world, as most immigration representation can be handled electronically and through the mail.
